Factory finishing

FACTORY FINISHING means the industrial production of wall and slab elements in concrete plants by pouring the concrete into horizontal or vertical formwork systems (battery formworks, vibrating and tilting tables, etc.). The precast concrete parts are transported to the construction site and assembled there. The construction of prefabricated slabs (filigree slabs) saves the use of slab formwork on site.
The built-in installation boxes (device boxes) of the IBT Precon P71 GRD range have been developed for horizontal factory production. Certified as per DIN EN 60670 (VDE 0606), with cable mounting. P71 GVD device junction boxes vary in the universal front part. The special front part is suitable for adhesive fixing and the open front part is ideal for a special magnetic clamp. The Spelsberg large conduit sockets are installed when larger tube diameters are used. The lower piece is made of plastic and the upper piece is made of polypropylene. The halogen free large tube sockets are equipped with four screw domes and can be combined at a standard distance of 71mm. The Spelsberg collection also includes 3-part boxes with a smooth top endfor nail and adhesive fixing. The professional uses the U 120 K GRO-3 large tube ceiling box for concrete installations with slab ceilings, as this system has the necessary material thickness to accommodate a ceiling hook. Halogen lamps can be installed after the concrete fixtures have been inserted. Tube adapters are available as accessories for accommodating tubes without tools, with integrated tube stoppers and strain relief.
